I’m love my full stainless steel kettle! This is actually the second one I bought! It’s hard to find a kettle without any plastic, and finally, here’s a kettle where the water really doesn’t touch any plastic at all! It heats water quickly and has a sleek design that looks great in my kitchen. If you want a durable, high-quality kettle that’s completely plastic-free, this is it! Highly recommend!

I love that is hundred percent iron steel, no plastic in contact with water and it looks absolutely fabulous. The noise is normal like all the kettles and I would give you an advice to don’t build scale use a filter to filter water first, and there will be no scale building anymore. I am doing this since I bought it (three weeks) and not a single sign of scale since. I am really really happy with my choice ☺️

The Ascot kettle looks like the perfect product, it's very stylish, optimum size and made completely of metal which is exactly what I was looking for in a kettle. Unfortunately, the problems were: (1) the inability to reboil the kettle once it had already boiled (2) I make tea in a teapot using loose leaf tea and noticed that the water temperature was lower than when using previous kettle. Possibly this was linked to the first problem! (3) this small kettle was relatively noisy, I originally thought it may have been caused because it was made metal however, it has since transpired it wasn't the case. In the end I had to return the Ascot kettle and replace it with a more expensive Dualit metal kettle which is stylish, quiet, efficient and serves piping hot water.

Love this Kettle replaced my Smeg which stopped working after 5 years, this out performs the Smeg one It boils quicker, less noisy and very light weight and the modern sleek design compliments my white kitchen beautifully! Bought black one for home and a white one for my work office.. A delight!

Great looking kettle. Not noisy. Doesn’t get water marks on the outside. Only downside is that there is no water gauge/measure on the outside so you can’t see how much water is in the kettle.

We thought this was a great buy but within 6 months it has stopped heating up properly. Very good customer support from Ascot who are sending a new kettle

The only disappointment with my kettle oh boy it try to put the kettle back in the holder one has to fiddle to put it back. This is my third Ascot kettle. The first 2 were the glass one but the spout got broken both times. Performance 5 Quality 5 Size 5

I wrote a good review as I found it until just under 2 months it suddenly stopped working. I did the usual unplugged,checked plug etc and still after the little light didn't come on. I contacted customer service as it states they don't repair they just replace. Problem number 2 they don't have any stock and Amazon want it returned but I don't have the box or a printer only have a small tablet. So I've wasted over £53 and I have no kettle. I'm not in good health and can't go anywhere as I live on top of a hill and I'm losing my eyesight so I can't drive. I'm really upset and will have to use a saucepan to heat my water to make a drink. Pretty poor service.
