Perfect herbal soothant, plenty of them, definitely worth the price. They help me with sleep, they are a perfect size for one to work well. They are easy to take, taste good and give a quick relief from stress.

I bought these because I've been having anxiety flare ups, so I thought I'd give them a go. The tin is different, you poke the centre to release the lid and then squeeze the outside to securely fix the lid. The pastels tastes nice, and they're nice and rough. I'll be honest, I don't feel that they really did anything for my anxiety but I would recommend these as a little treat throughout the day at work.

Here’s my honest take: Pros: - Convenient & travel-friendly – The tin is compact and easy to keep in a bag or pocket. - Alright taste – The flavor is very subtle. - Natural ingredients – I like that it uses flower essences and doesn’t contain sugar or alcohol. Neutral/Cons: - Effect is very mild – I didn’t notice a dramatic calming effect, but it did help me pause and take a breath, which might have contributed to a slight sense of relaxation. - More of a placebo effect? – It’s hard to say how much of the calming comes from the product itself versus the act of stopping and focusing on something.

These are better than the drops if you don't like the alcohol taste . Great service from the seller.

I think they are helping as a rescue remedy. The proof will tell when I get my next medical appointment.
