Revolutionary? Could be. Well made. No stick
This is some of a new generation of cookware just recently on the market, where laser treatment of bare metal creates a nonstick surface with no coatings (no Teflon). I have two different brands and versions and they are both remarkable so far. Very high quality and reasonable prices. Nonstick works great. The only TBD is how the nonstick stands up to time and use. Too early to know but my nerd instincts tell me that this cookware will outlast any traditional nonstick ... because there is no coating to wear out. If I am right then this is the cookware we have been hoping for ... for a long time. Chemical free nonstick that really works and is affordable too. Looks nice, cooks great, so far ... so good! If it lasts 5 years it is a great success. If it lasts a lot longer, which I think it will, then it is truly revolutionary.

Good price
It's not a HexClad but works okay. It does stick at time though

Cool pan, that works well
Other reviewers who have had problems with this pan may just be unfamiliar with how to properly use it. The steel heats up rapidly and you need to use a much lower heat setting than with more traditional pans. The same is true of the black carbon steel pans that transfer greater levels of heat than aluminum based, Teflon coated types.I’ve only used this pan a few times, but it sears meat well, and even cooks eggs just fine as long as you don’t use high temp stove settings. And it cleans up easily. This is obviously a knock off of the much more expensive hexclad product, and I have no experience with those pans to compare this one to. If the hexclad is significantly better, I want one, because this one works fine. Maybe it won’t last as long as the one with a lifetime warranty, but for 1/5 the price, I’ll roll the dice with this one, and so far, I’m not disappointed.

Obsessed
Been slowly moving away from traditional non stick and this pan was a test purchase and I am hooked!! Want to buy the whole line. Non stick but cooks like a cast iron. I have a gas stove and it hasn't even left one mark on the bottom.

Pan supposed to be non-stick its not
After putting olive oil on pan I proceeded to make an omelet the eggs stuck to surface of pan making it impossible to make the omelet, very disappointed in this product will never purchase this brand again.

Non-Stick??
Looks good just as in the picture...Followed simple rinse before using...simple Hot water, drip dry..Decided on a Cheese omlet..I've made many...well when I tried flipping it closed to let the Cheese melt...the eggs were stuck tight on the non-stick...I wound up with Cheesy scrambled Eggs...look exactly like a Hexclad but it's not...

Comparable to Hexclad!!
I have used the hex clad. They are virtually identical technology and materials, and I adore this pan! No more worry about nonstick surfaces flaking off. Follow the directions don’t use too higher than heat. Make sure you don’t use the pan dry. It’s a great pan!
