Wine Crate - Original Nickel & Nickel Cabernet Wooden Wine Box with Lid and Wine Bottle Storage Inserts - 14x12x8 inches

I purchased this box to use as a roasted coffee bean cooler. I cut a hole in the top for the ss colander and installed a high speed muffin fan in the back to cool the beans from about 375 deg f to room temperature in less than a minute. The box was well made, very attractive and extremely effective for my somewhat unusual application.

Will be creating an herb garden in this wine crate. The crate arrived well-packed and damage free. I love the handles on the sides. The wood burned vineyard logo is a great rustic accent. Will look great as a countertop herb garden.

The appearance is great, very cool looking. Unfortunately, out of my cellar of about 60 wines only one bottle fit! Most of the cab I was planning to store in this box have bottles that are too long! I’d still recommend this product, but just be cognizant that there is no size flexibility with this box.

If you have the right bottles, this is great, if they are the wrong shape or size, you'll have to put them in something else. Seem overpriced as a surplus from a particular bottle.

Arrived with no “inserts.” The wood is as soft as balsa, warped and badly fitted. Not worth $5, let alone $25. Going to give it a couple of coats of varnish or sealer so it doesn’t split into pieces. I’d advise against buying these.

Looked very nice holding our dinner plates and napkins on a buffet table. Saved space as could store them vertically in this crate. The lid positioned up added height for appealing tablescape.

Super happy with this purchase. Arrived earlier than expected and was in perfect condition.

I used this wine box to decorate the top of the cabinet in my butler's pantry. Added some grapes, greenery, and wine glasses and it looks great! Highly recommend.
