Works flawlessly. Heavy, but great performance.
If you are not big, moving this round can be a problem. But I’m 6’ and 240 lbs and I can carry it around without needing the wheels. If you’re big, you’re fine. Everyone else will need to be careful about moving and placing this thing. Having said tbat, it really works. Battery is sma8’g, technology tracking g charge / discharge and the 400 watt panel are all excellent. This is a great starter kit for solar, and flexible for travel, and highly expandable. I really like this thing.

Just Do It!
Easy to setup. It is heavy, but so is a gas generator its size. It is quiet and easy to operate. Good buy!

The F3800 and its solar panel are not shipped together!
Buyers need to be very aware of the way Anker ships this package - the F3800 and the 400W solar panel. Amazon treats this as one package, and when the F3800 is delivered, Amazon marks the entire package as delivered. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. Anker ships the solar panel separately, and there is no way for the buyer to know this. I have yet to receive the solar panel, but be aware that the unit and its solar panel, in this package arrive over a week apart.

Amateur Radio Operator
We purchased the F3800 and 400 watt solar panel in case there is a need for emergency power but until this happens, I run my amateur radio station with it. My station consist of two 100 watt radios, one 1000 watt amplifier and other accessories with no problem. A great unit, if this is your plan I do recommend getting the second battery.

Amazing backup!
I’m not one to leave reviews, but this product exceeded my expectations! It can literally run a whole house, minus the ac and water pump. The solar charging is great! The app is easy to use! Great backup solution for any type of power outage. Best part is you can leave it inside and it hardly makes any noise!

Wish I had read the 1 star reviews - Don't buy this!
I wish I had not bought this. I bought this on recommendation of a friend. Amazon/Anker do not allow returns. The product was shipped without a User Manual. I had to print it from the Amazon website. The User Manual is terribly written and even with a degree in electrical engineering it was not very intuitive. Small text, very hard to read even with reading glasses, had to use a magnifying glass. The system ships with a pile of 7 cables with no labels of any kind on them. The directions for recharging only show a picture of a cable, very small, and show plugging into a wall socket and the three prong connector on the side. There is no label saying this side is the charging ports or these are the output sockets. The diagram of the solar panel connection shows 3 panels, there are no directions for using a single panel. You have to figure out the single panel cable and connections yourself. The charge rate for their 400W panel was only 145W in our backyard in full sun. So for 3840 watts I would estimate that as a 26 hour charge time... pretty useless even in summer. You will run to zero charge way faster than it recharges. Edited to add, when a slight hazey cloud appeared the charge rate dropped to 22W. Pulled it inside to charge on 110VAC. Also this unit is very heavy. If you are older or not strong it is very difficult to take outside if you don't have an exit without steps. I used to be very strong, 245lb bench and 120lb curl sets when I weighed 145lbs. It was difficult for me to lift 1 step of 10 inches from our patio into the house. They should have optional 25ft cables so the unit can stay in the house when using the solar panel, which is still useless. Do your own research and choose another brand.

Pleasantly surprised
Had F3800 couple of weeks now. Tested out the 400W portable solar array. On a clear sunny day in SC positioned at correct azimuth but 4 deg off best angle (33 vs 29) . I connected my freezer and then a heat gun. total using about 1200 watts. (ran down battery to 90% so solar input would not shot off at full charge. Did that on and off for 8 hours. Peak output from solar panel hit 368 watts. During the test it gave me 2480 watts total I actually expected less. Last hour or so let it reach full charge 100% Have also gone from 85% with AC input in less than 1 hour. Bought this mainly to provide quiet power for freeze and Fridge think it will power both for at least 12 hours then I can recharge with a small propane generator in about 2.5 to 3 hours so far I am very pleased Thinking about adding more solar in the future
