I have used this pre workout for years. It works amazing. Do not take 2 scoops unless you like feeling like your scalp is on fire like Ghost Rider and you're going to die. 1 scoop is perfect and gets you going.

Taste good It works good gives me energy,but I tried 2-3 times only 1 scoop but got headache very badly 3 hours later i thought may be it doesn’t suits me and then one of my friend tried he got the headache also.

I used this to replace my 2-6 energy drinks a day. I don't use work out supplements, I was looking for something to replace my energy drinks for cheaper. So far I have bought 2 jars and am happy with the results. The grape tasted good, like coolaid. The pineapple is 6/10. It gives me energy without jitters or a crash but I can feel the down shift. It does give you good clean energy and focus. I'm gana continue to but this for the price.

I ordered this because of its affordability but after spending twice as much on a pre-workout that doesn’t check all the boxes, this is my new brand. The first thing I noticed was how easily it mixed with water, which I cannot say about any of the other pre-workouts that I’ve tried. It did provide me with increased strength and endurance at the gym, but it didn’t make my face itch like other brands. I really love that I was able to sleep easily that night instead of having the jitters.
