This is the perfect unit to get you started with routine cold exposure. The XL fits my 6’2 230lbs self comfortably in the seated position with water to my neck. I will be able to dunk my head (when the times come for that). Assembly takes between 2-4 minutes. The inflatable ring around the top does lose air from time to time, but never fully deflates. Temperature stays very consistent. Very pleased with the purchase! Edit: I pulled the insert from the nozzle on the inflatable ring and re-positioned it. Holds air without fail now! Has held 32 degrees for 4 days straight with no ice added in mild mountain west temps.

I was excited to use this cold pod regularly, planning to sanitize the water with chlorine and get multiple uses. But after just 6 uses, it started leaking from the bottom. Now I have to drain it immediately after every use to avoid a mess on the floor. This completely defeats the purpose of having a cold pod. I haven’t misused it at all, and for the price, I expected better quality. The return window is closed and can't get rid of t.

I had to return this item. It arrived in torn and unclear packaging, and secondly, it doesn't match the photo at all. The quality is as if it cost 100 dirhams.

Ich habe diesen Artikel in der größten Größe bestellt, da ich selbst 191cm groß und 93kg schwer bin. Für mich waren die herkömmlichen Standardgrößen immer ein wenig zu klein, deshalb entschied ich mich zur größeren zu greifen - Appell an alle großen Leute - der Aufpreis lohnt sich! Wenn ich mich in den Pod setze, kommt das Wasser bis knapp über die Schultern, also genauso wie ich es haben wollte. Wer ist nicht so hoch haben möchte kann einfach etwas weniger Wasser reinmachen oder aufrecht sitzen. Beides passt. Nun zur Langlebigkeit: Ich nutze diesen Pod bereits seit zwei Wintern und muss sagen, dass ich noch keinerlei Anzeichen für Schäden auffinden konnte. Von Oktober bis Ende Februar oder auch Anfang März stand der Pod bei mir auf dem Balkon bei allen Temperaturen. Wichtig ist, dass wenn man ihn über den Sommer einlagert, dass ihr ihn gut trocknet und nicht im feuchten Zustand verpackt, sonst schimmelt es. Der einzige Markel ist, dass der aufblasbare Außenring nach einigen Tagen/Wochen an Luft verliert aber das ist mit einem schnellen aufpumpen von nicht mal einer Minute schnell geregelt. Meiner Meinung nach ein sehr gut verarbeiteter Pod den ich selbst bestimmt noch über mehrere Jahre nutzen kann und mir jeden Winter Freude bereitet, ohne mich in die Standardgrößen reinzuquetschen. Klare Kaufempfehlung!!

I have been signed off for for 3 months now with a back injury, although physio was helping i was only attending once a week and no amount of medication was helping with the pain i was living with on a day to day basis, mix that with a lack of range of movement and you become very fed up very quick. Fast forward 10 days and i am feeling great, i plunge every morning as this is where most of my pain and stiffness is prominent after sleeping, 10-15mins (reducing temperature each time i have worked down to 10 degrees currently) and out followed by naturally letting the body warm up. The effects have been incredible, i have been experiencing less pain, improved mobility and reduced stress. It was becoming a mental injury as well as physical with the amount of time i have been off with no improvement, let me tell you this has helped bring my motivation back clear all fatigue and i can now start my days feeling fitter and stronger with a return to work now in sight. This product is amazing not only for sore muscles but for muscular injuries and their recovery. 10 out of 10

Lovely item nought for my son he's used it once and loves it . Good and sturdy

Very good. I was happy with my purchase. However there are some changes I would make. I believe there are leeks in it. Upper ring needs to be inflated every day or so and the water level keeps dropping; despite making sure that the respective valves are properly sealed. Also if there could be a floating thermometer, that would be a huge bonus; Even if you added the cost into the product I would be happy to pay the extra money as it would be extremely helpful. Other than them flaws, everything is perfect. The size is good and I can easily submerge my whole body.
