I bought this for my granddaughter who just got her first job. I thought it would be nice for her to go into the office with something that would remind her that she's loved and that she has a bunch of cheerleaders here at home. She absolutely loved it. The rose gold is a perfect color for her and gives the pen that feminine touch. The pen writes nicely and the insides can easily be replaced from the local business store.

I own several types of writing instruments from ballpoint pens to fountain pens and each of them have their unique quirks about them. Some are downright cheap whereas some, in my opinion are a work of elegance and style. This ballpoint pen falls toward the end of the spectrum of being a low cost ballpoint pen that if you choose to spend some additional money, you can find higher quality ballpoint pens to own.The ink and the ink cartridge functions well, and the ink flows smooth and doesn't leave smudge marks when I'm writing with it. I'm not a fan of how the twist action on this pen works, opening and closing the barrel does not have a strong quality build to it and it feels a little cheap. All that being said, the pen is lightweight and it is easy to write with. It will make a nice gift for a high school or college student, but if you want higher quality build to your writing instrument, you should look elsewhere. It's not the worst ballpoint pen to have, but it is not top notch either.3 1/2 star rating.

This pen ships in a really nice box which makes it a great option to purchase as a gift. It is a great ballpoint pen in general and has a smooth writing motion.This is a great pen for the price and it adds a bit of elegance to the office desk.

The media could not be loaded.  I have always loved a nice heavyweight pen and was excited to try this one. It looked nice but it made a terrible crackling and crunching sound when you twisted the barrel to deploy the ink. It was really bizarre! I tried taking it apart to see if something had inadvertently gotten locked inside but there was nothing hindering it, just a bad design. My husband was sitting a few feet away and I said, Do you hear that? He was like, Yeah, it sounds like my knees do when I climb the stairs! So unless you like your pens to sound like they have crepitus; steer clear!

I picked the Rose Gold Pen. I have been using it all week at work to see how I like it.It is nice a heavy and it opens smoothly for me (mine creates no sound when opening). It writes soothly and I really like the weight of it.The box is a nice touch, not s uper high-end pen, butit is what you pay for it. It writes nicely, it does look really nice and it feels nice and is heavy. Would be a good gift in this price range, or stocking stuffer for someone who likes pens or writes a lot (and likes the pen size 1.0).Edit: I have been using this pen for months and I really like it. I would definitely buy one again.

This is a gorgeous pen that is sturdy without being heavy. It comes in a nice box for gifting. And it's not too thick for small hands like mine. The blue ink glides smoothly and evenly.I got this for my son-in-law, but I love it so much I want to keep it for myself!

The pen itself seems very well made and giftable ( not like a $$$ fancy type pen, but good for the price). The style is as described (twist top) and adjusted vet smoothly. The black in rolls well for writing, but doesn't smudge like other inks can.* The gift box it arrived in is very sturdy, but the outside design is a little tacky and odd.
