Good product
Good quality product. Good as well as sturdy construction. Does the need of warm sensation required to relax muscle and has positive effect. My dog had some issues with hind legs.. vet suggest this infra light heat.. I used it and yes.. without major medical help he is on back on legs not as it was early but yes it did the work and might have reduced the pain in joints and he is now walking. Plz. This was suggested by vet.. do what Doctor or vets says .. don't treat any injury or would by any videos or review. Just avoid touching metal cover over the light.. bcz it get hot. Do follow instructions on leaflet.

Useless and total waste of money.
Didn't last even half an hour, took care not to move the lamp while running, the filament was broken in small peices. Totally waste of money. I am using a Philips red infrared lamp abroad and it has been running now for more than 6 months with daily usage.

Short life span of bulb.
Bulb not of good quality. Had used only a few times. And then bulb stoped working, the filament inside melted and broke off. Low quality issues.

Poor quality material
Poor quality material used. The handle looks rough, the base is not heavy and feels flimsy. See pictures! The bulb lit up, don't know how long it will last. Hopefully it will treat the pain.
