This is a very nice carpet cleaner. I had an old one that I used for +15 years and I finally decided to upgrade. I'm glad that I did. This carpet cleaner is light, easy to used, and works great! The only draw back is that the tank for the dirty water fills up quickly, but it's really not a problem because it's easy to remove and put back in. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This cleaner is fantastic, has great suction , and left my carpet, which is an older one, very clean. I do suggest, to double check everything when assembling, because the seal on the water container, was not sitting evenly and there was some leaking. But re-assembling the components was the solution.

I don’t have a lot of carpeted area in my house, but I do have a lot of rugs. Having them cleaned, and being charged hundreds a year for cleaning the rugs and the small carpeted rooms was getting ridiculous. My dog got ill and had terrible accidents all over a rug. I was about to throw it away and get the carpet underneath cleaned, and a friend recommended this cleaner. I was very skeptical, but I am so glad I bought it.I used their antibacterial pet solution, and it worked wonders. I read reviews about not spraying too much ( I only held sprayer half recommended time) , moved it really , really slow to suck up the water, and it worked perfect. Dried quickly. Rug looks brand new, smells amazing, too! I was able to do a 10x12 rug before emptying, and used rest of solution still in tank to clean my dining room carpet . The dirty water tank was absolutely disgusting and I gagged trying to empty it, but it seriously cleaned up even hardened chunks of smelly dog vomit. You will realize how dirty even your cleanest carpets were when you see the tank! Parts were easy to clean, it wasn’t loud at all , and was lightweight enough to get it up stairs on my own. Make sure to vacuum really well before using or you’ll be picking up wet clumps of dog hair that it leaves behind.

It’s lightweight and easy to use. For the price paid, it’s an effective tool but probably not as good as the bigger, more expensive models. It cleans well but doesn’t suck up as much water and cleaner as I had hoped. Even multiple dry passes leave the carpet quite damp. I found it best to use less cleaning solution than recommended and then make another pass with just plain water to get out any cleaner residue.

I love this carpet cleaner. It’s so light and easy to use! Very affordable for home use. Does not leave your carpet soaked with water. The size is comparable to a vacuum cleaner. Look is better than my previous model

Works great! In the beginning it didn’t want to work right at first but then it started to work (not sure what the problem was but it wasn’t user error since Ive used one before and have family members that have one). After that it worked like a charm. It’s always satisfying and disgusting to see how dirty your carpets are. Definitely make sure you vacuum very very very well before using or hair will get stuck and it will stop working. I always go over the carpet multiple times in different directions to make sure I got all the hair up. We have a Pomeranian mixed dog so it’s a must. It takes time to get the hang of it sometimes. I’ve noticed if I go back over the whole carpet at least once and make sure I get all the extra water it dries fairly quickly. It’s definitely on the bigger size and is a bit heavier so if you don’t have a lot of carpet you’re probably better off getting a smaller size. That being said though I wish it held more dirty water. The canister looks huge but I have to empty it before it even fills halfway. It makes a sound and you can tell it needs to be emptied or it’ll spit the dirty water back out ( yeah I learned that the hard way lol). Overall quality seems good and definitely feels worth it

I love this steam cleaner! It is absolutely amazing. Easy to use. Easy to assemble. Easy to clean and does wonderfully with the attachments for cleaning, mattresses, furniture, carpets, everything and anything. Car seats. Thank you

The media could not be loaded. I brought this back in July 2024. Did not use it until November 2024. When I brought this I was replacing my old shampooer that I had for almost a decade. Usually I do a lot of research before buying something like this but was very busy with work, kids, life ECT where I looked at a few reviews on YouTube and seen it got good reviews so I purchased it. Used it to clean my very dirty rugs which I do every fall and spring. My old shampooer was able to shampoo and rinse buy having the clean water tank have separate compartments for water and then one for soap and had a bottom on there to switch from shampoo to rinse. I assumed all shampooers had this so was shocked when I found out that you put the soap directly into the water and if you wanted to rinse the carpet you had to wait untill the clean water was empty so that was inconvenient but my own fault for not looking more into the product before purchasing. The second issue is the dirty tank. It fills about a quart to less than a half gallon of water and than needs to be emptied even though there is enough room to put another half gallon in that tank. . My old one could hold almost a gallon. So you have to stop almost every 5 minutes or so to empty. So that was very inconvenient. And my only other complaint is the clean water holds a gallon but it goes really quickly. Think I counted 16 passes that were about 2 1/2 in length with spraying going forward once and then back once. What makes up for all that is that it cleaned my carpets very quickly. After one pass the carpet was clean and does a great job and sucking up the water so very quick dry time for the carpets.If I did more research I would have picked a shampooer that had shampoo and rinse in one tank and one that could hold a lot more dirty water than having to dump it every few mins. But even having to do that it was just about the same time it takes to do my carpet with my old machine because I would have to go multiple passes to clean it.Used the pet pro oxy and stain protector. Carpets came out amazing. Recommended if you have smaller carpets to do. If you have a large area like I do might want one that can old more waste water.
