This looks nice but the washers are very thin and the threads aren’t fit aren’t fit for purpose, it kept leaking, I’m in talks now to get a refund

Crack in plastic on/off gland
Straight out the box for a customer. Dripping from on/off valve. Took out gland and there’s a small crack in the plastic causing the leak and constant drip. Not sure if it’s a one off or an issue after a certain amount of time and failing.
