Cool Belt, Big Disappointment
I had to call Mattel to let them know the adhesive for the Velcro strap MELTED and remains in a sticky, gooey state. My son got it on his arm and it took 5 or 6 rounds of scrubbing with a washcloth and soap. It let a red rash and we’re not sure if it’s because of the substance or vigorous scrubbing.Mattel is supposedly sending me a shipping label and will reimburse me for the product. Disappointed.
