I purchased the item it came on time, but for some reason didn't work. I contacted the customer support staff and they replied within the first few hours, and sent over a brand new device. The device works perfectly, fingerprint was easy to install, the passcode was easy to set and most importantly, the customer support along the way was top tier.

I really like the quality of this safe. The fingerprint scanner works very well I’ve had another brand that would never work with the scanner, but this one works every time. I like that it has a code and key to open it as well for backups. It’s easy to clip to something solid so it can’t be stolen, and fits nicely under a car seat. The company is very good to work with if you should have a warranty issue. They reply quickly and are very helpful with any issue that might arise. It has excellent quality, especially in this price range.

Good sturdy safe. Like that you can have multiple codes to open. Fits two handguns. Easy access. Just what I wanted. Love the digital print feature. So easy to open.

Super fast and easy to set up! Both my husband and I have our finger prints programmed as well as a safety code. Love that it has a charger, backup batteries, a key and thumbprint access for entry in case the power is drained or the batteries die. It is sturdy and has a decent amount of space inside as well. Love that it has a light and that you can turn OFF the beeping for the buttons so that you can quietly access things. Love how quickly its able to open for easy access and safe from anyone who shouldn't be in it!

For being an inexpensive safe, it's very good. Packaging is excellent, directions are really well done, it works exactly as advertised. Tried the fingerprint and number codes ten times each, opened every time. Just remember to get your own AA batteries. Takes four of 'em.

enough room for 2 mags and 2 hand guns don’t open my safe too often but after a few months the battery is still fine. easy to set up with instructions and the finger print works everytime

I love these safes. I have had my original one for several years and it has never failed to open. I bought one for my wife as well. Unfortunately after a month it stopped opening. I contacted their customer service and told them about the issue. The safe was still under warranty and they sent me a brand new one without me having to send the broken one back. It arrived within two days of my contacting them. I definitely suggest you choose this safe if you’re looking for one.
