Q: Does anyone know the inner dimensions the napkin holder is?

Hi. I just measured ours (which we love). Assuming you are referring to the widest compartment with the green object in it, the Inner dimensions are as follows: 7 11/16 Wide x 3 7/8 Deep x 4 9/16 High (Front) x 6 7/16 High (Back).

Q: Does the back areas before the cup sections go all the way to the base or do the drawers go all the way to the cups making a shallow pocket?

Those areas only go to the partition. There is no shallow pocket; otherwise the cups would not be able to fit in without toppling over. This works great for our office. Holds plenty of cups, lids, creamer, and 4 types of sweetener. Everything stays organized and less cleanup for me!

Q: What are the dimensions of the bottom right compartment shown holding coffee stir sticks?

7" x 3-1/2" It holds 2 bottles of creamer, dry or fresh type of creamers

Q: Do you know waht size cups or lids fit?

Up to 10 oz easily but a 12 oz fits snuggly. Not sure about lids.
