ok I hate that these are individually wrapped. When I punch a pill out of its pocket it almost always breaks the coating or bends it up. About 30% of the time I lose a little powder that's inside the pill. I just hate how cheap the pill feels. With that said : I am not giving any claims here, I'm just saying everyone at work has been sick in 2025 except for me. Does nothing at all for my energy level.

Easy to take. Does not have an after taste. I have taken it a few times here and there over the last few weeks. Everyone around and at my daughter's school has been getting sick. So far, I have not. My daughter came down with a fever and fatigue that lasted just under 24 hours. I did not catch what she had.

these i think have really helped me avoid all of the sicknesses going around this winter season! will be getting more easy to take and swallow and the price is great also!
