I tried these as I heard about tart cherry being good to soothe sore muscles. I also LOVE tart cherries. I can honestly say 1) they're delicious, and 2) it does seem to help my back after lifting weights 3 times in a week. Nice job folks! Will buy again!

I love the product design. As for the item itself, it isnt bad. No bad effects from it. Easy to take with two gummies. Taste: Not bad in flavor at all. Its not sweet or bitter. Its just a gummy for the most part. Sleep quality: Never noticed any help with sleep. I doubt it ever be effective as drinking tart cherry juice. Effectiveness: This is where it gets a drop from me. I havent noticed much difference. And I have been taking it for a week. Perhaps it is designed for muscle recovery more than anything which is not what I am using it for. Overall, doesnt seem bad but it just doesnt really do much for me but perhaps it may for someone else

I take 2 of these every night and I think they help with sleep and might even help with some of my discomfort.

These were dried out and didn’t taste right.

I have purchased these several times and they were a small dark red gummy. This last order they are nearly twice the size and don't taste the same, they have grainy sugar texture and are super sweet. I don't what or why they changed, but probably won't buy them again.

Added to my regiment for the full 30 and I'm happy to say my knees seemed to appreciate them! My family has notoriously bad circulation and I had much less stiff knees and didn't have that numb feeling pop up once. Hard to tell if they worked, or it was just placebo effect, but they definitely were tasty! Packaged and sealed well, they were super fresh and gummy-ish right out the jar.
