Been using this screen protector for several years. I dropped my phone several times since the holidays. The screen protector held up. I dropped my phone one more time and saw several screen cracks. Fortunately the product contained two screen protectors so I was able to easily pull off the cracked protector and install the new one in about 10 minutes. This company has a really slick installation kit. I highly recommend this kit. No bubbles, dust, or wrinkles. The product was/is well worth the price, which is quite competitive. The screen protector is a perfect fit on my S24 Ultra. You almost can't tell it's there. I can't tell the screen protector is on the phone. It feels just like the original screen, touch senstivity, image clarity, and functionality are as if I didn't have the screen protector on the phone. Can't speak to the finger print sensitivity, since nothing can seem to pick mine up with or without a screen protector. So pleased I've bought a second kit.

I rarely feel compelled to write a review. However, this product is incredible and merits the review effort. I have owned mine for 2 years, and it has faithfully protected my screen. It never transmitted any surface cracks to the underlying phone screen. The ease of installation, alone, could make this nearly 5 stars. It's foolproof, just clean/prep your screen well, first. I recommend some rubbing alcohol, a cotton ball, and then microfiber cloths. The actual applicator is unreal easy and effective. I've had previous experience with Whitestone dome protectors and this is the polar opposite end of the spectrum for an equal protection. The protectors themselves will crack, as would anything, when subjected to the right impact. But they do their job of keeping the phone's screen, itself, in pristine condition. My S24 ultra from 2 years ago is still immaculate thanks to this protector. Don't hesitate or debate alternatives, buy this.

It's surface is silky smooth, not easy to scratch or even dent, the setup process is easy, even somebody like me, notoriously prone to bubbles after the setup, was able to apply it as if it had always been there. The only issue is the REFLECTION, I didn't know it would be this reflective but it is, using it outdoors is a pain and you will end up watching your own face at any time the room is well-lit. Other than that this is, by far, the easiest-to-use product I ever purchased, also with the highest sheen, unfortunately... But it's a small price to pay for perfection.

I love this screen protector! The installation was easy and seamless. It fits perfectly on the phone and doesn't interfere with the case. No air bubbles, no issues at all. The fingerprint sensor works perfectly with the glass. I also like that it wipes clean very easily, without residual film, which was a problem with my last screen protector. I am very happy with my purchase. My daughter will also buy it for her new phone!

I got this screensaver because the coating on my phone's screen no longer resisted fingerprints. I messed up the first one out of clumsiness but the setup to put the screen saver on is the best I've ever seen and I do all our families phones. The installation was quick, easy and, almost, failure proof. It fits perfectly while not interfering with the phone case. It is the most responsive and brilliant screensaver I have ever used. There is no loss of sensitivity or clarity. My fingers move freely and smoothly on the screen, leaving no residue, an important factor if you play Pokémon on hot summer days. As to the protection it gives, I drop my phone often not a scratch, until it must have hit a rock just wrong at the edge of the glass. It chipped the screensaver and, a few days later I saw the fracture line. But the phone screen was well protected & had no damage. It did what it was supposed to do. Because of the warrantee, I contacted the company thru Amazon, despite all the negative comments about the support that I read online. They couldn't have been more wrong.I hadn't realized that they had responded because while they included the order # in the subject they hadn't referenced UltraGlass in their first email so I missed it and , very unfortunately, gave a negative review to the Amazon survey. They now do use the word UltraGlass and have been wonderful. They had actually responded very promptly and sent me a replacement immediately upon verifying my address. This is unquestionably the best screensaver I have ever had, and I've used a dozen, and the best company to deal with. This will be my go to for phone etc, protection.

First pre-installed screen protector had a crack on the side. Installed the second one right after cause he cracked one would worsen and bother me that it's not perfect. No hassle with the bubbles however. Screen protector installation was smooth and fit very nicely on my s25 ultra. I would say this is worth the money.. if you got both in perfect condition! Unfortunately I didnt so its why its a 4 star review. They did include a guide for protector installation which i thought was neat and included good quality accessories to help with the cleaning process and protective hard plastic to get the bubbles out.

I bought these blind for Two 26 Samsung Ultra. I always have to have all these insane methods and patience and perfectly cleaned areas. I have to go through an entire ritual to place screen protectors on perfectly. This screen protector went on so smooth and so perfect. I was actually upset. I thought it didn't even apply. Strangely my fingerprint stopped working wHY?? It's because the screen protector was on and I had to redo it. Literally amazing. I enabled sensitive screen touch as wel because on the new S26 Ultra you have to press a bit harder on the screen with the protector on but just enabling sensitive tough it's back to normal. I'm literally amazed by this. I didn't even want to write this review I was thinking on gate-keeping the screen protector can you imagine. But no this was to good.

I've dropped my s24 ultra so many times face first from 4ft drops on concrete and it's not got a scratch on it

I am quite impressed with the ease of installation and it fits perfectly. It fits so well that initially I wondered if I had install it correctly as it is almost invisible. It makes my S24 feel like a brand new phone even though I have already used it for 1 year. However, I discovered that the touch sensitivity was being affected noticeably after installation. I had to press much harder than before in order to use the fingerprint log in even after I had increased the sensitivity settings. That being said, the sensitivity seems to improve back to normal after a few days of use. I am pretty satisfied with this product overall and will re-consider buying again for my next phone upgrade.

The worst product I have ever seen! It just broke for no reason only after a couple of weeks. No pressure, no hit, nothing! The glass just broke! I'm very disappointed with this product. Don't waste your money!

I tried to install one of the screen savers and followed the instructions in the video. however, when removing the screen protector from the tray it got stuck and it was removed with the sticker . Luckily the replacement it came with was installed without an issue after carefully making sure the screen protector properly detached from the tray before removing the sticker. since i paid a relatively hefty amount on the screen protector , I emailed the company asking if they could send another replacement to compensate for the one i lost . They were extremely helpful and sent me another screen protector free of charge!!.
