Perfect for home!
I didn't mark a star off just because it's a tad bit short for my taste. For the price you can't beat it! I'm 5'11" so it doesn't take much for something to seem short. But if you're around 5'7" it's perfect. I read comments about the speed and no it's not as fast as the machines in the gym but 4.0 was a nice brisk walk for me. I love it! It was assembled in way under 30 minutes and it's not loud when powered on. I would recommend it! 5 stars

I like it.
This treadmill was more than I expected for the money. It.has good features, super easy to set up with quality hardware and alen wrenches included. Packaging was not overdone, over taped or oversized (which is important to me). I had a treadmill from Sears some 25 years.ago...it.was.$1,000. Again, I'm impressed with the quality for the money.

Value for the Price
9 month update -Still going strong and love the treadmill. Haven't had to add any additional silicone lubrication yet. Very good low cost treadmill. It even has some mild incline functionality I didn't notice initially. Only a few degrees but on a flat hard surface (not carpet) you will feel the difference. My first impression review and use after two days:Really like this treadmill. It is a bit on the small side but it is a perfect starter treadmill for me. Bit of background. I am 5'8 male approximately 150 pounds. The platform of the treadmill is just right. Not huge, definitely a sweat spot but I feel like I have room to walk or jog full stride.I typically walk about 15,000 steps per day. And I am really looking forward to having a convenient way to keep my step count up when the weather is bad.I could see this being too small for someone over 6ft with a longer stride, but it really is perfect for my height. I was worried from other reviews about the speed, I am a pretty fast walker and moderate jogger. Happy to say the mill is plenty fast. I can not currently jog at the top speed on this for long at all, so there is room for me to improve which I like. My typical walking speed outside ranges from 3.2 mph to 3.6 top speed. On the treadmill I can walk at my comfortable fast pace at around the 6.7 speed setting. With 7.5 being a focused brisk power walk. I jog comfortablely on this treadmill at roughly the 10~10.5 setting and have room to bump it up to the 12 max speed setting as my speed improves.Speakers are passable. You can hear them while you walk. But they have little to no bass and are nothing special. Better off with a Bluetooth speaker or headphones.Lastly - I don't think the tred on the machine comes pre lubricated. I turned it on prior to putting any of the silicone lubricant on the tread belt and it was pretty loud. Although they include some silicone lubricant. I used my own [WD40 (Silicone version)] on the belt and it quieted down nicely. Now it's just an ongoing whoosh. So far I highly recommend this as a starter treadmill for a smaller man or woman on a budget. If I can remember I will follow up in 6months to a year to post about longevity.

Good device for rec room use.
This was a gift for my sister and husband for Christmas. The treadmill was easy to setup and the directions were easy for them to start their exercise program.

I've had this treadmill for almost two years. It'll be two years in September
I waited to review this treadmill because I'd seen a lot of reviews about it. So when I bought it, I wasn't expecting much. The treadmill is compact enough that it fits in a small space in our Spare Room. From the get go we had problems with the cable that goes from the console to the motor. So the treadmill would randomly turn off and give us the E01 error code. I managed to fix it. But it was annoying that the cable goes down the same space as a screw, and if you screw it too hard, you might break that cable. After a while, even though I oil the belt, we had problems with the belt as well. Somehow I managed to fix it, but it took about three days.About a month ago, we started getting the E01 error once more. I went through the cable, making sure that it wasn't damaged. Nothing seems to have disconnected at all. We let the treadmill working for about twenty minutes to make sure that the problem was solved. A few hours later my son went to use it, and almost thirty seconds in, the error came back. Now I don't now what the problem is with the treadmill. Will probably take it to a repair shop. Or just get rid of it.For almost $300 I expected something that would last a bit longer. And I have to admit that I should have gone with my gut feeling and bought a more expensive treadmill. Because now, it's almost two years since we got this one, and we're going to have to fork out even more to replace it. Not worth it, IMHO.

Overall, worth the price
I received this a month ago and overall really enjoy it. It's a smaller treadmill, so good for small spaces. I'm short, 5'3, so the length isn't an issue for me. However, if you're taller it will be an issue. My husband, for instance, is 6'2, and there's no way he could use this treadmill. He would have to slouch over if he wanted to use the handle bars, and considering the length of it is on the shorter side, his stride length wouldn't be comfortable. Another con is that I've noticed it squeaks when you get above a 4.5 speed. I like to fast-walk, so my average speed I like to go is 5. And if I increase the speed to run, it just gets louder. It has done this since my first use, so it's not because of wear and tear. Not sure if I'm supposed to do something with the belt to help the noise, so if anyone knows a trick please share. Overall though, for this price, it does get the job done for someone like me that doesn't do intense exercising.

Budget Treadmill gets the job done
Treadmill works in kilometers. Displays time, speed, distance, calories burned and has speakers for amplifying music with an aux cord

It's great
It's is perfect If you are looking for a treadmill. It is honest when it says easy to assemble, there is only 8 screws. You don't have to sign up for anything to use it thankfully. The only thing that can be a con is that it is a little short for us. I am 5'9 and to put my palms flat on the hand bars I have to lean over a little bit. But other than that it is perfect. Runs quietly and smoothly and is made really well. There are several programs that you can use or you just set your speed and walk/run.
