What’s there to say, I love the stuff! Energy level is perfect for a little boost without the jittery feeling of soda or coffee. The single serve packets make it easy for on the go vs the bulk bins. The quality of hydroxy cut products has always been consistent and effective. I believe it is a little high for the price however, worth it based on the quality of the product vs many other options.

Does exactly what it says. Taste and smell great. 1 box last 20days. I feel it could at least do 30 days. Make sure you follow direction and do what it says. Worked out 30 minutes for 4-5 days and saw results after 3 weeks.

I got these for the hubby and he drinks one in the morning and he say it helps suppress his appetite and has more energy. I just wish I could subscribe monthly.
