this has become my favourite hot sauce. I literally "use this s**t on everything"! it's not just hot, it has a really good flavour.

The vinegar allows less salt. The spice heat is not over powering, yet not mild. There is also a hint of garlic in the aftertaste which turns my tastebuds on. See the generous amount of peppers and minced garlic. Both are not overwhelming the flavor of the food that it is complimenting. I’m definitely going to be reordering more in the future.
