Very Easy
Great for making your buttons match your garment. That is after all what they are for. Ha Ha Ha

Best for lighter craft projects.
Decided against risking these on an upholstery project so returned them.They have no teeth to grab the covering fabric and so must rely on the pressure grip created by pressing fabric between the two parts. A thicker fabric will not give a satisfactory seal and there is a chance that the button will come apart. I didn't fancy trying this theory out on my sofa as rebuttoning would be a nightmare.

So easy to use its complete kit just add fabric nice small size just what I wanted but come in lots of sizes

Maybe better with thicker fabric?
There aren't any teeth inside to catch the fabric, I was using medium weight polyester fabric and despite pushing the backs all the way in they all fell off first time I wore the jacket.I found the only way they would stay together was with a but if superglue in then put the back in place.
