I bought this to stand and work, the quality of wood is great, I've used it with 2 monitors (BenQ ultrawide and Acer 32' vertically set) and it is easy to assemble. The only concern is when in standing position the whole table become LITTLE wobbly and you definitly cannot lean on it. The motor makes hardly any noise and instrument cluser is easy to use and comes with lock functionality to avoid misuse by kids. And finally it looks beautiful!

This product is highly recommended not just because the quality is really good but also because of the phenomenonal customer service they provide. I had my doubts because I had never heard of this company before. I saw a few YouTube videos, read a few reviews and I thought I'll order from Amazon and see. If any problems come and I don't get good support from company, I'll just return the product. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised. So, I placed the order, and the product was delivered after two days which was before the delivery date. I was happy. Then opened the packaging, and assembled the stand. It takes some time to understand the instructions but it's not rocket science and instructions are pretty clear so I was able to do so in around 30-35 mins. Then I unpacked the table top which comes in a separate packaging and I was dissappointed to see that the laminate on one of the borders wasn't glued property, the finishing wasn't good. It would have meant nothing other than the aesthetics part but you purchase a costly item you want it to be perfect. So I went ahead and dropped an email to their customer care. It was night and outside their working hours so instead of calling I went with mailing option. I explained my issue, shared few clear images from various angles and I was done. As a response to my email, I received an email from their automated CRM application saying a ticket has been raised in their system to track the issue which when I clicked I was redirected to a tracking page where I could see the status and the discussion. There the entire email body was quoted with attachments. Next morning at around 10:15 am I got a response from them saying they've shipped another piece of the table top and when I received it I should feel free to discard the defective piece. They didn't ask for any time to validate the issue, made no excuses, didn't try to buy any time, didn't ask for me to confirm my address even. I had thought they'll have more questions as I had made a third party purchase from Amazon and not their official website but nothing. They shared my new order number which I didn't knew how to track and just said it's already shipped. Afternoon two days, I mailed them back saying kindly share me the tracking details as I have no idea where to check this order number and it's details. Before they could reply I got a call from BlueDart for delivery. I again mailed them back and thanked them. All the which each conversation was responded from their end in a very professional and efficient manner. It felt like I am dealing with a Japanese company. I am extremely happy with the quality of the product, and given my above mentioned service experience, I am positive that if any problem arises within or outside warranty period, the customer support will be able to help out within appropriate time frame.

Extremely durable and heavyweight. The weight itself tells that this is a great build quality. The installation takes hardly 30-45 minutes and anyone can do it.. and if done perfectly, the table doesn't wobble. Go for this SM3 model as I did, rather than SM4.. It shall serve you well ..

Using this table since few months. Great for standing and spacious to fit many things. Works perfectly without wobbling. Digital display with 3 settings is also cool. Happy with purchase at 20k price point as cost has reduced by 15k after COVID.

Value for money, quality

The product is excellent. Most mentionable thing is the customer support of ERGO YOU is marvellous. They helped in every possible way for the installation. I had an issue with the order but the team solved and handeled it with so much care and patience. Truely appreciable. Now comes the product, i bought the tabls legs with motor and customized the tabletop by my carpenter. The size is perfect , i have kept 3 monitors in the tabletop. Best for office use as you can customise the height according to your comfort. Thank you ERGO YOU team. Keep it up. I will 100% recommend it tk my wellwishers.

I got only the frame and I have used my 7 feet long table top which is quite heavy and a lot of more things above it, its handles everything quite smoothly🔥. Best standing desk frame in this budget. Assembly was very easy. Thumbs up for this.
