I think an XL should fit. My husband is 6'2 and 230 and it fit. It's stretchy it just depends how tight he wants it.

You should get the medium. Im a bit bigger than you 6'0 ,200 lbs - athletic build and got the large and I had to tailor it.

Medium 40-42 40-42" 32-34" 5'7-5'11" up to 170 lbs.
