I provided a picture of the solution after adding the iodine to show how the color stayed the same as the tablet color, no before picture sadlyAs to the effects of the supplement itself, I would say that it does work. Not only did I have to do more number ones slightly (p e e i n g) in the bathroom more often, which is a sign of the diuretic action of mushrooms involved with lowering blood sugar/glucose, but I also would have urges to do number two a couple hours after taking them (p o o p i n g). That is also reassuring of its purity since that is the effect of taking mushroom supplements/eating mushrooms as well.
