I have just started using these. So can’t comment on whether they work or not. However just as what others have said in their reviews. The gummies are all stuck together.,I have to bash the tub to free them . A little time consuming so best to use at night time when you have time to rattle the bottle. As for helping to lose weight I simply can’t comment on this yet as only started using them.
