I started using these after getting BV to help restore a healthy bacteria colony quickly. Oral prebiotic often aren't super effective at reaching where they need to go. Since it was the first time in my life having BV I was so paranoid and scared about having to take antibiotics and not being able to reestablish a healthy biome that I was looking at the brand Seed which costs about $100. That's a bit pricey for me but luckily I found these and figured worse case scenario I end up buying Seed afterall. After my round of antibiotics was over I used one of these tube's every 2 days 3 times. Now I use them once every 2 weeks as a preventative measure. I've always heard that down there should smell like yogurt but mine never really did. Well now it does and it actually smells good in a way. Not that it smelled bad before but now it smells how they say that it "should" smell. It definitely does leave clumps that take like 2-4 days to go away completely. Use a panty liner and change it after like 2 hours if you do it in the day time. A surprising amount will come out and make you feel moist in an uncomfortable way. Inreally like this product and I definitely will be making another purchase very soon since I'm almost done with my box. I can't say how well they do go people with yeast infections but it definitely works really well at restoring a healthy bacteria colony. Stick with it for like a month and the changes will be really noticeable. I also increased my daily consumption of fermented foods like Kimchi and yogurt so that may have also helped.

DO NOT DO IT! Now read the review. Then read other negative reviews!!! If I could slap myself back into senses….omg I read one star reviews and was concerned a little, but then majority of positive ones made me feel like maybe the other ones are wrong or something…. This is a nightmare…. For some reason I purchased 2 boxes to save money , I thought it is like an alternative to Lactomedi gel, but less expensive. NO!! It is not. It clumps inside and doesn’t come out!!! I was terrified, but thought maybe just stick with it for a few more nights? I did, until my vaginal canal got clogged by solidified gel and it caused yeast outbreak like I never seen before!! I got a lot of irritation on outside vestibule and lips, like puffy red tissue, when before I was normal!!!! Though I could increase moisture inside and seed some probiotics inside in direct manner. Oh my god how I regret this…. I had to do a flush out to wash it out of me and then wait for period to help get remaining particles out. It gave me such a nasty outcome. And now I deal with yeast outbreak as a result after. This stuff may increase Inerts in your vagina that will side with yeast bacteria and start the hell of 2 months battling to calm it down. Ladies for the sake of logic… please DO NOT put “whatever, sounds like a good marketing” into your vagina!!! It will cost you Proceed at your own discretion. I wish I could directly chat with you all to tell you this

After the first use. My discomfort was gone, I kept on using it after the 3 day I saw results. Amazing product. I would recommend.

I bought this product after having some femine irritation. It's was very itchy and I tried the ph balance wipes which helped momentarily but wasn't helping the underlying issue. This is the second time I have every had this happen and was very worried and very uncomfortable. I wasn't sure if it was a full blown issue or the begging but the itchy was literally unbearable l. I bought this and started by taking one application yesterday and it helped. Then again today after I showed I used another. Praying this will help it stop I'll post an update in a week or so.
