My Siamese isn’t a picky eater first of all. She loves the food. I did a lot of research before I chose this. My goal is for my senior cat’s nutritional needs and not too expensive. I’m putting the money into feeding wet food for hydration and this is a supplement for dental (crunching kibble) as well as an emergency backup. I have a subscription and am happy.

My cat got diagnosed with stage 3 kidney failure and was very quickly dying. The kidney prescription food made him worse. I leave out a bowl of this Prime Plus dry food and the Pro Plan Vital Systems salmon food. He does really well eating both foods every day. After a few months of eating both senior dry foods, he's now an energetic young man who sometimes drives me nuts with his energy levels. This is a massive difference from how close to dying he was. This food costs a lot, but it's worth the cost for me. It keeps him alive and healthy. My other senior cat loves it too.

Cats eat it, helps with sensitive stomach. Much less vomiting from my cat. Highly recommend.A++

My picky 14 year old cat eats this pretty well and tolerates it well. He grazes all day on it, and gets some wet food once or twice a day. He's always been long and lean, and seems to be holding his own with his weight. He used to eat other Purina and Iams foods, took too this without issues.

My 13 year old cat has been eating Pro Plan his entire life. He like the senior food. Vet says it's better for him too.

My cats loves almost any purina dry food including this one, to the point that I have mix them with the less appetizing hill's food so he doesn't overeat. My issue with purina's dry food though, is that they seem to give him brown eye boogers, and the amount corelates to how much purina food he eats. He had the liveclear formula which worked fine, and I decided to try this product for his age. Soon after I switched to this diet, his urine became noticeably darker and smellier than usual, and he started to have dark color gunks around his genital area that he never did. While my cat acts and eats perfectly normal, I was terrified if those were the signs of kidney or UTI issues, and I even increased the ratio of wet diets in case it was caused by dehydration. Nothing helped until one day it came to me if it could be the food, so I put him back on hill's only (he wasn't too happy about it), and the problems magically disappeared...all within the one month span from when I started and stopped using this food. I continue to monitor my cat and plan to schedule an early routine checkup just to be sure, but I am almost convinced the problems were related to using this food. My cat and I still like many other products by purina, but unfortunately this didn't work for us.

My cat loves this food. She is a senior and the ingredients are superior. The cost is a little steep though.

My cats are older and love this food. I like the fact that I can have it delivered. I just wish we had the option to buy the larger bag that we had some time ago.

My cats like it. My 20 year old cat is doing well with it. It is offered as a choice with 2 other dry foods.

My cat has been a weirdo since kittenhood, one of the ways is that eating doesn't seem to be a priority for him: he will have a couple bites then take off on Important Cat Business. Now that he's 15 it's a bit of a concern because he is a skinny dude and can't afford to lose any weight. This is the first food I have seen him enthusiasticly chow down. He's been on it a bit over a week and maybe it's my imagination but his coat looks shinier to me. The downside: I also give him wet food, but he likes this kibble better. The wet food is (was) mainly a medium to mash his meds into, but now that he isn't interested I will have to find another way.

This food is great! My senior cat needed a diet change due to health issues. She doesn’t care for her prescribed food, so I switch it up between that and this one.
