Really nice case. Because I bought one of the coloured S24's from Samsung (Orange), I wanted a clear and robust case and this served its purpose. It's a bit chunky but you get used to the bulk. The only downside for me is that after a while, the lovely clear colour started to go yellow, so now it looks like I live in a smoking household! Just wish the material was less prone to discolouration - hence only 3 stars. Post purchase update......... To be fair to the Seller, they reached out to me recently and offered a full refund and even a replacement case (in black). You really couldn't ask for more. Hence I've amended my review from 3 stars to 5. Well done ESR!

Worth every penny - top quality - full body lightweight protection - including lenses and bottom charing port - very happy

The case looks and feels solid. However, the instructions are awful and leaves you feeling stressed. There's nothing in there that tells you about the frame that's protecting the shape of the lower case. Only when that's removed does the case fit together nicely

I have the old ESR clear case for a year now. Wanted a fresh case. This new designs fits well and my S24ultra sits in well , no gaps, the camera holes fits well. Was a bit difficult putting it but figured I have to separate all case and start with in hard case from under and in went in smoothly. But it will make the phone wider for grabbing, I have a wide hand so I am ok with it like that. S24ultra is already a wide phone. Definitely a must buy, the price is ok. Easy grip body and smart design. I don't plan to use the screen cover armour.

Excellent quality

I bought this for my Samsun S24 ultra, and it's is a great case, robust, and everything worked . However I changed network and had to put in a new sim card. I very carefully removed the old case, cleaned the screen, and put the case back on. But fingerprint recognition wouldn't work. Took the case off again and tested my fingerprint on the phone, worked perfectly. Cleaned the screen, again, and reinstalled the case. And it still wouldn’t work. Tried reinstalling a new fingerprint on the phone but it wouldn’t let me. It appears that the case screen makes contact to the phone screen fingerprint sensor with a sticky patch, but if you remove it, it's not so sticky and doesn't make adequate contact for the fingerprint sensor to work. So now I’m stuck having to put my access code in every time I want to use my phone. That is until I get a new case. Update Following my review the company contacted me and apologised for the inconvenience caused, and offered a full refund. I accepted their offer and the money arrived into my account today. The fingerprint sensor still doesn’t work, but in every other respect it remains a strong and robust case and works as it should, and I am very happy with it. For the excellent customer service and the fact that I have had longer to get used to the case and actually quite lke it, I have put my overall rating up to 3.

Really enjoyed this case, dropped my phone plenty of times and not a bit of damage makes it past the case. Will probably buy a replacement soon as I broke the stand recently but I've had this case for over a year now so I'm surprised I've not broke it sooner

There was no explanation to how to use the product. I found it eventually (thank you YouTube). Great product. My phone is superbly protected. It doesn't make the phone big to handle. The finger recognition works very well. All the buttons are easily reachable. I love the small folding bar at the back to keep the phone upright to watch programmes etc without having to hold the phone. Loving this product. Recommended.

Incredible case quality, actually feels like my phone is safe. The kickstand is brilliant, and doesn't feel uncomfortable to hold like those ring types you see around. The included screen protector is plastic, but it's malleable plastic meaning fingerprint scanning actually works! There is also an included front screen protector shell that allows you to put your own screen protector on if you'd like. Amazing value for money, definitely recommending to friends.

Extremely sturdy, a very good, secure and protective case. It does bulk up the size of the phone, but that is the reason it is very sturdy and protects the phone. My unhappiness about it, is that there multiple (six) scratches on the inside of the case itself upon opening. I was really hoping it was just dust/dirt. but they are thick white lined scratches on the inside, not outside, of the case. That was disappointing. But aside from the scratches, I'd recommend this case for its protective build. (Update) The company reached out in response to the scratches to resolve the issue. Hence, an update on the review for good business ethics!
