Love the smell and how soft it leaves my hair. You don't really need a lot of the shampoo at once as it REALLY lathers compared to cheaper shampoos. Obvi I wish the bottles were way bigger but definitely my favorite shampoo and conditioner. Love the entire brand

At first I was taken aback by the price. But as many others have mentioned, a little bit REALLY goes a long way. It is very concentrated. So if you normally use a silver dollar size amount, you can use a dime size amount and it will be just as effective. It is gentle, smells good, and rinses clean. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is still due to higher price. Also, make sure you read the size of the bottle. I initially bought the small size and I was shocked to see they were literally the travel size tiny bottles! I retuned them and got the larger bottles as it’s a better value.

I received my shampoo and conditioner today and the shampoo bottle was opened and wasted all in the bag. This product is expensive and not real happy it got wasted. I do love the way it makes my hair feel and look but it does suck that my money was wasted
