Great quality GPT approved!
Tastes like grass, but you ain't eating it for the taste! High quality ingredients, chat GPT approved for a high quality, great gut health product. The taste isn't strong either so if you're not used to health supplements, it's definitely not bad!

Happy
Taste: it is a similar taste to green tea / matcha, I find it's fine to drink on it's own in water, or with a bit of honey for sweetness. The powder dissolves completely so no texture issues.Dosage: another review states the nutritional info is per 30 servings as per packaging, so I emailed the manufacturer to check. They advised this is a misprint and the nutritional info is in fact per 10 grams / single dose. This is comparable to other green powders on the market and as the price is the lowest I have found, this makes it the best value.Effects: it may be placebo but after a week of taking I do feel slightly more awake and my skin is starting to brighten up. I've noticed no side effects so overall think it's definitely worth adding to your diet for an easy boost. I'm looking forward to seeing the longer term effects

taste not the best
I’ve been using this Greens Powder for a few weeks now, and overall, it’s a great product. The ingredient list is impressive, packed with 37 superfoods, probiotics, and adaptogens like KSM-66 Ashwagandha and Lion’s Mane, which makes it a solid addition to my daily routine. I’ve noticed a boost in energy and digestion feels smoother, which is a big plus. The only downside for me is the taste—it’s quite strong, even when mixed with juice or a smoothie. If you’re used to greens powders, it’s manageable, but for newcomers, it might take some getting used to. Still, for the quality and benefits, it’s worth it!

Good supplement
Good stuff, and much cheaper than the more well known brand. Tastes like you'd image greens would :)

Definitely helps recovery from tired legs after running
The first time I tried this my legs were aching from a 20 mile run and they recovered about 1 day sooner than I expected.I have carried on taking it, as it does seem to aid recovery a bit and is reasonably priced.I don't like macha much and found the taste quite bad and powdery when dissolved in cold water, but now I mix it with a bit of cold water, to up with hot water from a kettle, stir in 1/4 tsp of turmeric and 1/4 tsp of vegetable stock and it tastes much better.Update: After doing that for a couple of weeks I liked the taste, so have it on its own in a drink now, I leave the teaspoon in to stir it occasionally so the powder doesn't settle. It definitely sorts my aching muscles out after exercise so I can comfortably run again the next day.Another update, I am running even faster now, last 10k was 46:25, I was slower than 48 when I started. This green 37 powder definitely helps my legs repair so I can now run 4 times a week with no ill consequences. Before discovering this my legs would get more and more tired and I would have to take a couple of weeks off eventually to recover, so it was hard to improve.

As good as more well known brands
Pretty pleased. 300g and a decent price. Came with a spoon and had the right key ingredients I was looking for. Slightly sweet taste. Hugely cheaper than some more well known brands but after a week or so I can can say it’s as good as quality. Will be adding to my monthly repurchases

Strange choice
I did a bit of research into "LactoSpore Bacillus Coagulans" and it's considered transient, it doesn't stay in the gut long term, and it's not usually found in people to begin with. I find it strange that this has been used over something potentially more beneficial. As for the product, it's caused me bloating but that's to be expected. Taste is very minimal, kind of like cucumber water. Quality seems okay, it mixed well with water. I'd probably recommend taking it with something fizzy to begin with.

Tastes good and gives me energy
Tastes of seaweed which is pleasant and soothing. Drinking this makes me feel full and I can feel the benefits of drinking this shortly afterwards. Only thing I find is that it doesn't mix that well and a lot of the powder settles at the bottom of the cup so I end up adding some extra water to the bottom otherwise u will end up wasting a lot of the nutrients. Have set this on my subscribe to save and have tried others and this one is my favourite so far for taste and benefits. I now no longer feel fatigued at the end of day so it's definitely doing something positive.
