The item is very soft and comfortable to use. Unfortunately it does not get very hot. It also does not have an OFF button, which is the main reason I am returning it. I scheduled a return last week and no one has attempted to pick up my item. The process of returning this item has been frustrating.

Best heating pad ever. I have purchased two of these. I have purchased several others. This one amd one other one have been the only ones that check all the boxes for me. Has plenty of room. Plus, gets extra hot. So be careful. Also auto turns off. Has an extra long plug. Which is awesome. Can be washed.

Heats up quickly, intense heat. The cord is long, controls are easy to use, and the fabric is nice and soft.

Definite MUST have in your home! This is larger and comfortable and excellent value — heats up well and temp is perfect!

I love this heating pad. It doesn’t last forever, but none do and I love the silky soft thickness of this pad. I also like the simplicity of 3 buttons so I can change settings without having to look at it. I have chronic back pain so use mine every single day. This is my 4th one, they last around 8 mos to a year. This one doesn’t seem as hot as usual (I generally set on medium) so I do use the high at times but the high does become too hot after awhile so I change it back. Not a big deal. I really like the long cord, however the last one I got the control has been moved closer to the pad, which makes it easier to grab the control when I need to, but it’s so close my blanket got over it and the box overheated and died. So do be careful of that. I will order another soon as I need a backup on hand for whenever it dies. I had to buy a pad from Walmart while waiting shipment of this one, and I actually cried as I hated it so much. It barely heated and did not relieve my pain at all. I returned it when this arrived. Not gonna let that happen again. I’ve given 2 of these pads for gifts, and friends have also purchased. I’ve had $40 pads I didn’t like as much as this, all lasted about the same time. It’s a no brainer buy for me.
