I had taken this throughout my entire pregnancy and my daughter is a healthy little girl! Often time with dha supplements I find that they have an aftertaste if you burp lol but these were very mild which I appreciated!

I actually like these, it provided the needed omega 3 without having that fishy aftertaste or burps. The size was perfect and the gel pills made it easy to swallow. A great addition to my routine and a great way to add to my growing babies brain development during my pregnancy journey. It's also gluten free with no artificial colors or flavors that's a bonus.

These were some of the best prenatals I’ve ever tried! Usually I get the worst stomachache and nausea but not with these! No flavor and easy to swallow! I also like they have fish oil because it’s really good for you but usually can’t take anything with it because of how sick it makes me but with these I didn’t get sick from them! Definitely worth it!

I have gotten other no fish tasting vitamins and they still have an aftertaste .. not a pleasant experience when you're already having pregnancy nausea. This one really didn't have any taste or aftertaste. Although you have to take two, I also really like that they are small and softgels - makes it super simple to swallow. I love that the ingredients are clean and that it's formulated specifically for pregnant women. I would highly recommend.

I bought this product in my 3rd trimester. I used to take a different brand but they were too big to swallow and would get stuck in my throat and cause some pain. Also the others had the burp taste! This product has been the best one I've ever tried. Easy to swallow and none of that fishy taste. Definitely will continue to purchase!

I've tried other omega supplements before and am surprisingly very happy with this one. The pills were small and easy to swallow. There's no fishy smell or aftertaste. The instructions say to take with food, but the one that I didn't take with food, they did not make my stomach hurt. I've also noticed some of the effects already, such as growing nails and less-achy joints. I would definitely recommend, and plan to continue purchasing throughout my pregnancy and beyond.

I'll be honest I was a bit skeptical at first to try this DHA. I've purchased similar pills before that claimed not to have the fishy odor/taste which may have been true but the aftertaste and foul burps OMG especially while pregnant. Well thankfully I didn't experience any of that with this supplement. The only slight drawback for me is that you have to take two a day but given the small size and how easy they are to swallow I really don't mind. This nurse and mom of soon to be four kiddos highly recommends!
