This brand of super enzymes has been used by my family for quite some time. They're decent and it's good for the body to give it an extra boost of enzymes. Take one with a meal helps digestion and adds to the natural enzymes already in the body.

These really help with your digestion. I do not want to be with out them

Only giving 4 stars based on the pill size. I’ve been taking these for over 2 years and when I tell you they are a life saver, I’m not kidding. Prior to taking these, I got sick every time I ate. My digestive system is horrible. That said- I accidentally bought these once before instead of the capsules and they are the same thing but they taste and smell absolutely awful like dirty cat litter. If you are someone that can withstand that, these are your pills! I bought these again a month ago (by accident). This time I bought a 3 month supply and hated the idea of wasting them. Yesterday, I was rushing for work- tried to quickly take these and my few other, much smaller pills. Needless to say, the pills got stuck in my throat and I nearly choked. One of the scariest moments in my life. Needless to say, I ordered the other pills and threw these away. They work, 100%! Just be mindful of the pill type.

Large pills and they do have an interesting smell and taste. However they do work! I take one before a meal and I noticed results same day. So far so good it’s been about 2 weeks since I purchased these l and they have been working.

I had my gall bladder removed a year ago and have had daily diarrhea, hair falling out every shower, and have just felt unlike myself ever since.I like many others spent a lot of time researching what could be wrong and decided to give something new a try, enzymes.It’s only been a week this is the only thing that has changed in my diet, and my poo has become black. I stopped taking those for a few days and it did return to normal.I’ll go back to take them now that I know what did it, but I was only taking one a day not realizing I was supposed to with every meal.I also felt constipated and actually bloated during the past week still so no change there.I wanted to leave a review for now incase it helps others, but I’ll try them for 30 days and update after that.Also, I don’t have a hard time dealing large pills, but the slight taste from them sitting on my tongue for a few seconds is gross. So take it quickly.Update: I’m now ending week 2 and my diarrhea has basically become eliminated which is great, however I do still have constipation/don’t go every day along with still feeling bloated. I do overall feel better in general, but I may try a different brand as I’m getting random small acne all over my face which I never get. Not sure if my body is purging or if it’s something in these.

Very effective and kept stomach upsets away

I'm using this product for last 3 months.I had terrible stomach problems.Leaky gut, undigested food, bloating etcAnd now I'm 90 % better.You should not take this product on empty stomach, take 1 capsule right when you start your meal. That's ideal.Or take it immediately after your meal (within 10 seconds),Its best in world, good luck

This contains calcium carbonate and sulfites, which I would avoid. I do not understand why an enzyme supplement should include calcium carbonate.
