Got this for my husband and he loves it so much. He takes it to work every day. Quality is amazing. Flows well on paper inks dries fast. The design is very nice.

Takes some getting used to as far as writing with it. It feels and writes very different than a ball point pen. If you don't hold it the right way it scratches across the paper, which I don't mind. But the scratching can interrupt the flow of ink until you get used to how you want to hold it. Fountain pens are different from ball point pens in that you can't just pick them up and start writing with one and expect it to be the same every time. You have to develop a relationship with fountain pens and the paper you write on with them.Easy to use. Easy to refill with ink. The nib and cap are good quality brass and good looking. The wood is smooth and comfortable while writing. 10/10 would recommend. Nice affordable gift for anyone who loves pens and loves writing. If you have a way to engrave or burn the wood to make it personalized, you could probably even do that with this pen.

It feels really nice when you have it in your hands and it also comes with a nice little package with ink that you can use when your ink is finished. But when you put the lid on some while ink flows out of the pen and you have to wipe it to use it or your page will get dirty but it is still a good product to buy

Great little pen for a good price. I bought it for my 18 year old and liked it so much that now I’m buying for myself and my younger son.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I truly wanted to like this pen. The brass barrel and wood are beautiful. But that's where my enjoyment ends. WHEN the pen writes it has a decent ink flow almost bordering on wet, which could suit my fast writing style. I've spent more time trying to get it to write than being able to write with it. Multiple cartridges and cleanings all with the same results. Writes for about the length of a short sentence and then nothing. Save your money. You're better off grabbing a Hong Dian Forest if you want a cheap but solid fountain pen.

This is a very luxury attractive fountain pen. I actually like it a lot. The one thing I dont like about it is, that during the hottest months of the year it seems to draw too much ink. A lot of ink comes out of it and it makes my letters look way too big and fat. It's probably best to use this fountain pen indoors; away from the suns heat.

The cap doesn’t fit on top of the pen. But that’s not the problem. The problem is that you can’t use cartridges. When you insert the cartridge the ink just dumps out through the nib into the cap. A cheap ballpoint won’t disappoint you like this thing will.
