My bf bought me this product a couple of years ago and I've been purchasing and using it since. I deal with chronic fatigue, chronic pain from fibromyalgia, other health issues, and I'm menopausal. I dislike discussing my personal info but there's a good reason for sharing. The benefits I've received from this product are 3. A boost in energy. 2. (most important to me) NO hot flashes! 1. I haven't had illnesses, i.e. Colds, etc. (immune support). Now, I'm not sure why this product eliminates my hot flashes and not sure it would work the same way for other users but has definately been a god send for me (BONUS)!!! Ladies, worth a try.

I don't take these regularly - only when I feel something is coming on. They seem to work most of the time.

OI love this product and take two tablets a day to keep my immune system strong. With multiple autoimmune diseases, it is difficult to stay healthy but this product helps my body stay strong.

Recommended by Endocrinologist I have been taking this for years and not been sick at all. I have a compromised immune system too
