Creamy cheese and noodles that dont fall apart, like some gluten free pasta does. Easy to make in the microwave and makes a huge bowl over the kraft mac and cheese box . So good value for a gluten free product.

That's a no. Consistency isn't great, it overcooks quickly, and it doesn't reheat nicely. Use what and/or brown rice to make gf pasta. It's the best- cooks nice, tastes good, reheats well.

One of my and I am sure many others favorite comfort foods is Mac and cheese. Finding a good tasting one that is gluten free is a challenge.. challenge met with Velveeta..yummm
