Mostly, my son uses the coat while riding a short distance from home to office on his motorcycle and also when on a longish drive. So, even though the trousers accompanying this rain coat set are good, since my son uses the coat mostly, let me share our rating of the coat. It has a fluoroscent band that makes the rider visible to oncoming traffic and others on the road even during a thunderstorm and heavy rainfall. It is good quality material, so the coat with the cap/hood is very useful. The raincoat bottoms can be worn over your regular trousers if you prefer to keep the pants/jeans dry. Easy to wear and easy to remove, it comes handy with a bag to store away when dry. It is east to dry by hanging out on a hanger overnight and additionally you can also wipe it dry. Overall, a good product.
