Using them for 1 year. Paid somewhere under 600 rs. Most of the earphones/ tws/ Bluetooth earphones that I get give issues once they cross the 1 year mark and these are no exception. However I've dropped these, used them for my daily runs and they've held on quite well. The case is plastic, feels cheap. Sound quality is decent, quick pair is good, doesn't have the best bluetooth range. Battery lasts very very long. Easily 4-5 hours on a single charge.If your someone who just wants a pair of tws, as cheap as possible, and are ready to compromise on other factors, this is a good product to consider.

The media could not be loaded. 1. It is not comfortable while wearing after few minutes early starts hurting.2. Opposite person can hear the background sound not yours.3. It gets disconnected automatically within few mins.4. Music sound is not upto the mark it's like bass is high5. Colour is good I had purchased bold black.6. Fit is good but after few mins early starts hurting.And the main issue is when despite of trying so much this product I can't even return it even I asked them to replace it but not this product in place of this I want to buy different product of same brand but amazon/pTron both are not agreeing now I'm stucked with this poor quality brand.

Model name :- Ptron zenbuds X1I have been using these buds for 2 and a half months. Here is my honest review.1) Sound quality (8/10) - Good sound quality. Clear vocals. But highs and lows keep changing in a song. May feel high and low in sound while listening to a song. Sometimes a weird creaking sound comes while listening for a long time. I don't know why. (Edit. The weird creaking sound issue was because of my phone. It is solved after restarting my phone. The buds are really not faulty. The buds are absolutely good)2) Bass (7/10) - Average bass. Not too deep bass. But a satisfactory bass. It is good. Bass lovers may be disappointed but is good for this price range.3) Design ( 9/10) - Nice design. But case lid is average. Lid is not too tight. But, buds won't fall. Magnets in it are good.4) comfort (9/10) - Very good comfort. Using proper earcups (rubber) will keep tight fitting in year. Can use for more than 2 hours.5) Modes (10/10) - There are different modes available for different purposes. There are 3 modes available :- Game mode, Movie mode and Music mode. Although all sound the same, there is a little bit difference felt when changing the mode and listening6) Functionality :- 13mm drivers, BT 5.3 connectivity, In ear sensors ( Plug in ear to song play, remove the earbuds from ears and music will pause, plug in again and it will play), IPX5 water resistant, Low latency gaming, Four Quad mics ENC calls, Type C charging (Note :- use only a 10 W charger and not more than that. Never use 25W , 33W , 50W, 65W, 100W etc) .7) Battery - The box says 40 hours play time. Not sure correct or not. But it does come around 40 hours only. Again use a 10w charger and not more than that. Charging or battery indicator is also given. When the case light is still green color, means charge is there, like when u put buds in case green light turns ON and stays constant means buds are charging. Also buds have light. Once fully charged case light will Off. If case light blinks means case battery is low. When case is put in charge red light will show blinking.( always put buds in case while charging). Once case is fully charged the red light will stay constant. Detach the charger then. Then it will start showing green light. The light turns off on its own after a few minutes so don't worry.Overall a good product and features are good according to the price. I bought it for 799rs

After 3 months, one side stopped charing. Also difficult to find out any service centre . Music with bass is good

Very Good Quality with super functionality and colour was really nice

I purchased this TWS and initially faced a problem where one earbud was not working and wouldn’t charge. I returned it and received a replacement, but to my disappointment, the same issue occurred again with the new unit. It’s very frustrating to deal with the same defect twice. I expected better quality control. Not satisfied with the product experience so far.
