Damaged and very bad quality

Dress is damaged and the quality is cheap. Seller has mentioned the actual price of the dress is 2999. Seller has given an offer and got the dress for 800+. I can say strongly that we can get better quality dress than this for 800 rupees. It’s waste of buying.
