One of my favorite products from Bev Hills Md. when I can’t get it from the company, which is a cheaper price, I buy on Amazon.

This really works on achieving skin softness and hydration.

I had to come back and update this review. I tried using this product for 3 weeks straight, but each time I wore it I started to like it less and less. I did see someone else mention the instant softeness these capsules give you, and how it’s a direcy result of the dimethicone. That’s when I read up on the ingredient and realized it was probably the culprit of my increased cystic acne and weird, tiny papules I started getting on my temples and forehead. Dimethicone can be a great skin barrier for trapping moisture in the skin, but it can also trap oils and bacteria…. Which, if you’re acne-prone like I am, is a recipe for disaster! Each time I used this product, I felt like my skin couldn’t breathe (which is why I mainly applied it at night; another reason was because I could NOT wear makeup over it without it balling up or looking patchy). Makes sense…. My skin sure felt soft and smooth, but that was just a facade. Underneath it, my pores and cystic acne was having a PARTY.I’d avoid these capsules if you get breakouts. I noticed zero change in my skin after I used it consistently. It felt nice after applying it, but nothing actually changed for the better. I’d say this is overpriced and ineffective in the long run.

Makes your skin feel like velvet

The product feels smooth and silky on the face/neck however, I’m suddenly breaking out at 63 years of age!? The only thing I’m doing different is the Beverly Hills MD pills and this cream.

I always love a serum capsule. There is something about them that just feels decadent. However, I am not a fan of the Beverly Hills MD Rejuv-GH serum capsules, likely due to their high dimethicone content. Dimethicone is generally recognized as safe for cosmetic applications, but it may also be an endocrine disruptor. The purpose of the dimethicone is to provide a sort of protective barrier for the skin, sealing in what you've applied, but it can also lead to increased dryness and flakiness, as it can absorb oil. The dimethicone is the ingredient in these capsules that makes your skin feel like silk when you apply it, filling in tiny crevices to make your skin look more even. Unfortunately for me, this serum did not play well with either of the two facial sunscreens I'm using at the moment, causing them to pill and flake off. For me, sunscreen is non negotiable, so the fact that I can't wear it on top of this serum means this serum has got to go. If you like a soft feeling face from the effects of dimethicone or silicone, you will like these capsules, but just be warned, it may not work well with your other skincare items.
