Will this help stop everything in my tank goin green as tryed everything ?

I have an internal and external filter. I had tannin discolouration from adding new bogwood. I didn't find the cartridge very effective in clearing the water but when I used API Super Act Carbon Pouch, Size 6 in the external filter it cleared the water in about two days. I don't think you can ever fully get rid of algae only minimise it by cleaning the inside of the glass and reducing the amount of time the lights are switched on. The more light the more the algae will grow. Also having artificial plants instead of real plants will help. Certainly having an external filter and using the pouches will be more effective than the cartridges.

Does size 3 fit a 80litre tank? And is it c600?

Sorry our tank was much smaller so ca't really help. Have you tried going on to the technical dept/ info at API

just measured one : 45 x 30 mm for the top section and 25 mm deep
