This bottle warmer is probably one of the best products I have bought after having my sweet baby. I definitely do not regret buying it that’s for sure. It has helped me early in the mornings when I need to jump up and make a bottle real quick. All I do is put it on the 24 hr setting and when I need one I take the bottle out and add formula, boom, done!! The fast setting warms them in about 5 minutes and the slow setting warms them in 20 minutes. Most of all I love that it has a sterilized setting. I know my baby isn’t drinking germs! Make sure you read the manual thoroughly so you don’t mess up your machine because it truly is a great product! I would definitely buy again if I had to.

The item itself is good, but my review is primarily for the customer service. I ordered a warmer a few months ago before my daughter was born. I only plugged it in and used it a few weeks ago after she was born and it completely stopped working after 3 uses. I figured I was out of luck since I ordered it a while ago but I messaged customer service anyway. They got back to me immediately and shipped a replacement immediately without any hesitation. I am incredibly impressed and will recommend them to all my mom friends.

We had issues with the first warmer smoking after a short time but the company had great response time and instantly sent a new one within days. the new one has worked great!

I bought this for my baby and let’s say it’s definitely came in handy. And it’s super easy to use I kinda lost the manual but it’s straight forward with or without it. And my breast milk always stay nice and warm for baby and it does beep once it’s done warming up!
