I should have known better because it mentioned a 7-second constipation relief that I never saw. Also, there may not be any 3rd party verification of what’s in the bottle. Nevertheless, I was so relieved to start taking EMMA and I wanted to be patient and fair. Therefore, I ordered 3 bottles and faithfully took it about 60 days. Maybe there was relief from bloating. But, during those 1st two months, I never saw constipation relief. I also continued to have acid reflux. There was no weight loss. Because there was no evidence it was working, I continued to do everything the video said doesn’t work: I continued with lots of water, eating foods with high fiber and probiotics, etc. But, to treat constipation, there was no relief except to take gentle laxative teas every few days. Update: in the 3rd month, I gave up taking Emma. Then, one day, I added Emma and apple cider vinegar gummies to all of the other things I wrote about above and got some daily constipation relief. It was nothing exciting and not totally effective but I want to be fair in this review which I had previously given a 1 star. Given more time while combining it with other approaches, it might be that Emma is capable of participating in my digestive struggle. If things get better, I’ll try to update again.

This is my 3rd bottle. It's expensive. I keep buying because it works for me without side effects. I take 2 every night after dinner and it keeps me regular without any discomfort.

My stomach felt very comfortable after eating (even with food that I previously considered heavy or dangerous for my stomach like greasy or spicy one). Before, after eating I had a lot of gas and burping, but now I've improved a lot, I feel satisfied but not bloated or gassy. My digestion stabilized and became more consistent, thus improving my quality of life, as my intestinal problems had also become a problem for my mood. I'm going to finish the 60 pills and then stop taking them for a while to see if the effect is consistent. However, I wouldn't mind including them permanently in my daily routine; the results are worth it.
