Great Quality
Excellent quality magnesium. Easy to digest and very gentle on the stomach. I noticed better sleep and less muscle tension after using it. Thorne is a trustworthy brand with clean ingredients. Highly recommend!

WORKS!!
My doctor wanted me to use this, I had low expectations because I’ve tried magnesium before and had no results. This stuff works!!! I take it at night before bed, helps me sleep and stay regular, and NOTHING helps me stay regular. Will be using this forever.

You should try this
Great product! I haven’t taken it long but I feel I can tell a difference. It was recommended to me from someone that’s pregnant and gets cramps often and it seems to help them within minutes.

Great but Caution!
Caution the pills are a little big, so be careful while swallowing. That being said, I feel it does what it advertises, my energy production has improved & my muscle are relaxed. I've felt my health improve while taking this supplement in combination with the Thorne Vitamin D+K2, and Thorne Zinc.

2 supplements that relieve my night leg cramps…
I have heard that Thorne is the best vitamin brand. It’s hard to know, tho, isn’t it? I have been taking for a month now and have not been plagued by night leg cramps. I also take “Cramp Defense” tablets every night . This is high absorption and fast acting. No bad side effects from either, and my leg cramps/foot cramps have faded away quickly. Soo relieved !!! I’ve tried so many meds or drinks to get rid of them. I’m sure they are waiting for me to ease up on my supplements so they can move in again!

If you have trouble w sleep you need this
When I say this magnesium has changed my life… I’ve tried others with eh results. This is the one you need if you have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, waking up in the night to pee. I’ve had disrupted sleep my entire life and since I started taking this a year ago, I have never slept better- truly!! Didn’t think sleeping through the night was even a thing. Can’t live without, A++
