Ostomy Supplies Waterproof Stoma Shower Cover for Colostomy

I finally came across this after living with a "temporary" colostomy bag for a number of years,. Its simple but, it made a big difference. It can be cinched in tight - these connectors are sturdy, stable and strong. I was able to go to the beach without a shirt and swim in the Ocean - in the waves - without worrying if "it was going to fall off". It gives things a "Medical Appearance" rather than looking like a visable poop balloon,. Highly Recomend this for beach use !

I love that I can take a shower and not worry about my colostomy bag getting saturated. Leaks a little but not enough to matter!

Bought this to cover Hollister 2 piece ostomy system so I could take showers. Even though I do not allow water directly at the cover, water comes from above the cover and under. This makes my wafer totally wet under the cover, which weakens the sticky part attached to my belly. No rubber gasket, just a plastic bowl with no way to keep water from penetrating under the bowl. Waste of money as it does not seal in any way. Only protects spray but not water penetration from above it.

This is good. In order to keep it in place you have to REALLY tight it so it keeps in place but it does the job when you don’t want to get wet to protect your bag

Har to get around where stoma is belt had o inch of adjustment out. 90 cm just not enough. If there were longer belts. Maybe I would continue to use . So if you waist is more than 35 inches don’t waste your money.

Good value for the price. I especially like the fact that the belt is rubber and does not absorb moister. It also means that the belt does not easily slip when in place on my skin during a shower. The wide connections on each side of the cup hold everything in place well and water tight for me. I found this important on my first usage due to some discharge (from my ileostomy during my shower) which did not leak out. Thankfully I carefully checked it before finishing my shower.

This item was a lifesaver when I had my ostomy bag for a few months. Let me take showers and allowed me to get in my pool, even if it was to just float around.

If you have a 40 to 44 inch waist, the belt is too tight. It needs to be longer with more adjustment.

Brought this item but was not what I expected of the material . My grip is returning this item it was going to cost me half the cost of the item itself and I have Amazon prime.

Not waterproof leaks …
