Energy drinks have become too big of a part of my life. I have been known to drink one in the morning on the way to the office, one after my lunch crash and another towards the end of the day. It’s terrible I know, I can taste the residual chemicals in them but my body craves the caffeine boost and I really dislike coffee. I was spending way too much money on energy drinks and was concerned about some of the additives they use. When a friend at the gym introduced me to Alpha Caffeine, I knew I needed to try it. Love this supplement, wish I'd thought of it myself! Mixes easily with anything, turning any beverage into an energy drink. I'm careful with what I put in my body and love that this uses minimal ingredients. Can definitely feel the energy effect; I personally find mixing with beta alanine a great pre-workout combo. I'm ex-military and this little secret helps me keep up with the younger veterans I train with... shh! ;)

Great for on the go energy. I throw a few in my work and gym bag. Perfect for that 3pm crash and before the gym. Tasteless and mixes into anything.

These mixes are easy to add to your favorite flavored water or caffeine-free juice or soda! They blend in easily without any bad taste. The packaging is somewhat unclear. I wouldn't recommend adding these to plain water as they have a bitter flavor. You'll definitely want to use something to mask it.Most times I only consume around 100 mg of caffeine a day. I can have an entire 200 mg sachet of this mix and not feel jittery. I almost wonder if these don't contain as much caffeine as they claim. It's also possible that since these don't have the added energy supplements (b vitamins, taurine, etc) that are in other energy drinks, these feel less potent than I was expecting.Since they don't have any special ingredients besides caffeine, I would personally opt for taking caffeine pills as they are a much cheaper option. But if you are dead set on drinking your caffeine, these are a little cheaper and more portable than gas station energy drinks, so by all means enjoy them!

Worked well to make caffeinated smoothies. All the "Alpha" branding is pretty cringe. Also expensive compared to other caffeine sources, ex 500 Caffeine pills cost $16.

Alpha Caffeine is versatile and convenient because I can add it to whatever beverage I'm drinking. I like that there is no added sugar, and I can titrate the amount of caffeine I'm consuming. Great for long shifts, late nights at work, any time you need prolonged focus/energy.

I was excited to try this stuff out, so I took it a few times. It tasted like strong medicine. It made me feel really weird too. So I decided to read the pouch that the product comes in and it says basically that the contents in the item contains a substance that causes cancer in the state of California!!!! So, my question is... Why would they sell something like this that can cause cancer?? Let alone approve it?? All I can say is if you buy this stuff, then take it at your own risk!! I tossed this stuff in the trash afterwards. I'd give it zero stars, but it wouldn't allow me.

Game changer for me and my workouts. You really feel it. Just feels like clean energy. It's flavorless so I add it to anything and can't taste a difference. Huge plus for me is I can take a stick anywhere.
