the phone was delivered in near-mint condition (two minor surface abrasions; indistinguishable with case). it runs a stripped version of android 11; no app store, primitive internet browser, wi-fi and bluetooth are easily disabled if you don't require them on a daily basis. battery was 88% charged when installed and lasted 5+ days with minimal use after being charged to 100%. the phone is extremely durable and functions as a basic communication tool; phone calls, sms, mms (8mp camera), and two programmable keys. responsive keyboard, fast, good form factor. purely utilitarian.

Still can't figure out why my husband loves this phone so much. It is indestructible and always dependable. Happy husband = peaceful wife

this phone definitely is rugged, has android 11 and type c charging - but its a pain an the neck to use. as they say, newer doesn't necessarily equal better. the older model (xp3800) is the way to go when considering a sonim phone. the android it has is sufficient - there's no need for a flip phone to have version 11
