Not getting power on.The power adapter is also looking too old
The media could not be loaded. Worst discision of my life. The laptop is not getting power on also while connecting to the power cable. The power cable has soo much scratches all over the cable and adapter. Do not buy guys. And also i want to return it but there is no option of return.

The laptop looks like a new laptop. I am very much satisfied then what i expected. I expected that this is a refurbished product so, it will look like old and there should be little problems. But this laptop looks 100% new. No scratches and there is no issues at all. Good working. Packing is good and decent. Cooling fan stand attached. Windows 11 installed(activated) with ms office 2019( activated). Touch screen working excellent. Basic softwares installed. I have the feeling of i brought a new laptop. I am very much happy. Thanks for newjaisa team for providing me such a good product and very nice experience. I am very very happy. 🙂🙂. Thank you.👍

Laptop is good. Service is good.
Laptop is good. Had a problem of fan within a week of purchase. But they replaced it and the keyboard when I took it to their shop. Over all service experience was good. There isScope for improvement. Please check everything properly before sending the delivery.The shop guys are really responsive.

Waste product
The media could not be loaded. Laptop is not nice it is money waste product do not buy this product and amzon please take it back because we do not want like this product and we are not happy about this product and it keeps on heating and it gets stucks between and it does not work properly please take it back we do not want this product and it is keeps on blinking the screen and it is very slow processer so we are not satisfied with this product and once again please Amazon take this product back and you are not replace backGood product
