works great
I was able to locate the small leak quickly on my RV. Only set off the sensor or smelled it when the RV set closed up for a long time. It wasn't enough of a leak to set off the built in sensor while we were using it. Works great for checking for leaks when changing out tanks also.

Excellent quality, works every time
As a plumber I have used this multiple times. Great buy for the money. I’ve found numerous leaks in people’s homes. Value for money is great. Leak detection is great.

Good Device
I've been an RV technician for 40 years. I've seen these devices come and go and I've owned several other ones. This one seems to work very well! I recently pin pointed a propane leak in less than 3 minutes with this device. The light on it helps alot too!

Works like a charm
Works great. Wait 30s for the sensor to calibrate. Then place close to propane connections. Then if there is a leak it will detect it big or small by how high ppm shows. Pull it away from leak, let sensor recalibrate. Then check other connections and hoses. Good to have if you own a RV, camper or home. Yes, soap and water works good but so does this. Good price and rechargeable, will see how long the rechargeable batteries last. Seems like a good device

Good tool for finding leaks
I tested this with propane, gasoline vapor, and natural gas, and it quickly alerted for each one, which is exactly what you want. The telescoping end is handy for reaching up or into places that are hard to reach otherwise. Needs to warm up for a bit before it will start working. Like any detector tool, you should probably test it with a known material before relying on it for safety critical stuff. Try a gas cap on a car or other source like a butane lighter, propane torch, gas grill, etc.

Seems great so far
Only used a couple of times but worked great at identifying natural gas leak. Could get a sense of how far leak spread and point of origin. Very simple. Just start outside, calibrate for 30 seconds and test. Will continue to periodically test.
