I have tried various probiotics, fiber supplements, etc etc over the years. I have never been "regular" my entire life. Everything I took to help either didn't work or worked "too well" if you get my meaning. Bloating, cramping, rushed trips to the bathroom... I was over it. Helped keep me regular and I felt completely “clean” each time 😉. There is no taste at all. The only issue I would have is the cost but if you don’t have to pinch pennies every day then you shouldn’t have a problem.

I honestly didn’t believe the hype but i’m so grateful that i just caved in and tried them. i’ve struggled with bloating ever since i had my first baby and my digestive system has been messed up ever since postpartum. i started taking these a few weeks ago, following the instructions on the bottle and honestly i’ve noticed such a big difference in my stomach size recently. i feel so good after eating now, no more pain or discomfort. I could eat a carrot and feel like i ate 7 cheese burgers but now it’s completely different. i’ll definitely keep using these as long as they keep working for me 💙💙 definitely would recommend!!

This is just my personal experience, I did not feel or see a difference. I combined them with another one that should have helped with weight and it did not work. I’ve tried a couple things from this brand and maybe I’m just not compatible with its formula lol
